Hello,
I am Jazz, a UK based animation student and enthusiast, I will be graduating from University for the Creative Arts, Farnham, in Summer 2025.
My main interests are in analogue, experimental under camera, Rostrum and Stop Motion techniques using DragonFrame. I primarily design 2D puppets, from paper and malleable wires, occasionally incorporating 3D models as well.
I am also familiar with frame-by-frame animation and typically use TV Paint for digitally hand drawn projects. I enjoy both digital and analogue approaches, as well as compositing within Adobe After Effects to assist quality of animation alongside editing footage.
Squirrel Mountain: Pilot (2011)
In 2010 I voiced Stanley for the pilot of Squirrel Mountain, which was posted on YouTube in 2011 and since Writer and Producer Angelica Campion removed the pilot to avoid confusion with their new release of an episode including musician Iggy Pop, Squirrel Mountain 'Iggy To The Rescue' (2020).
This production which I recall fondly, had sparked an interest in media and particularly miniatures and the animated creative field. It was a pleasure to be up close with the physical set, props and characters, a true haven for my 9 year old self.
I was recorded by Kevin Armstrong, Music Production and Sound Designer in their studio. I am very thankful for opportunity to work in a professional sound recording studio as well as both Angelica and Kevin's encouragement, patience, speech training and inspiration towards film and media.

The Pimlott Foundation (2015)
In 2015 I was selected to be a member of the chorus in a production of the opera Hansel and Gretel by Humperdinck, with The Pimlott Foundation.
The rehearsals ran from September till February. The production and foundation was organised by Soprano Soloist Daniela Bechly.
